Frederick Jacob Schmidt, xvi, s. 12. Dec. 1. Unmarried man. Born in Bethlehem, Aug. 6, 1758. United with Nazareth congregation in 1775. Lived in Christianspring, and later was cook in the Brethren's House in Nazareth. He was very liberal in his countributions to missions. Taught boys and young men gratuitously in the evening.
