John Jacob Luch, 1756-1831, from Feldkirchen in the county of Vogelsberg, Germany. Was compelled to enlist as a soldier in Holland, and served six years as a private and three years as sergeant. Came to Bethlehem in 1790 and established a bakery. He was married to A. Pens.
